Milesago is proud to present the deadly debut from young Meanjin MC, Ethan Enoch.

A telling and emotive release of poetic art, the Voice EP is a testament of youthful expression over expertly crafted production by Calski, with assistance from Sachém and DJ Mathmatics. The vinyl version also includes instrumentals for DJs and MCs to rock over.

Everyone has a voice, know when to speak or put your hand up.
This project showcases the power of using your "Voice" and staunchly
speaking your mind. This is an encouragement to stand up to all
injustices and colonial deceptions we encounter on a daily basis as
first nations people. Having a platform to fearlessly and
unapologetically express ourselves is everything our elders fought
for. This generation has the power to speak on this country’s history
as we know it to be, and tell our stories how we want to tell them.
Even when it seems like the world hasn’t change and our traumas
constantly repeat themselves, we must never forget our strength.
We must never forget the source of our power and the thousands of
generations of culture that runs deep in our lineage.
I dedicate this project to all the young blak kids out there who feel like they don’t
have a voice in this world. You are more powerful than you could
ever imagine for you hold the bloodline of the oldest surviving
culture on the planet. You are everything your ancestors dreamed of,
simply because you exist. You are a testament to the strength of
your people. Stand proudly, speak your mind, express what’s on your
heart, and don’t let anyone or anything make you feel shame for
being who you are. Believe in your "Voice" and it shall echo to
transcend generations.
Are you nervous yet?
